Costa - Add Your Twist
When it’s too hot for coffee, you need another way to keep your loyal fans loyal. For this brief, we combined brand engagement with new product development, in a national campaign to create a drink for Costa’s summer menu.

We gave Costa Coffee Club members the chance to concoct their own refreshing drink, and to see it – and taste it – in store.
We launched the campaign via eCRM to Coffee Club members.
This is where the magic happened. From the eCRM, Coffee Club members were directed to a landing page where they could get creative with their mixing.
Submitted entries were shortlisted, and the finalists were put to the vote. Costa Coffee Club members voted for the drink they wanted to see on the summer menu.
John also provided creative support in the development and production of the Costa Coffee Club ‘Pep Talk’ films, a data driven engagement/loyalty campaign.
